About the Program
Harry Morgan's "Dragnet" character Bill Gannon was spot on every time he sought to capture "[j]ust the facts, ma'am." There's a crispness and clarity that attaches to a counseling document that includes "just the facts" – only what is required to ensure that everyone who reads the document – employee and supervisor alike – understands the problem, issue or behavior under scrutiny and what must be done on a forward basis. Participants will learn how to prepare an effective counseling/performance improvement plan and how to create an environment where the dynamics of counseling, documentation and performance improvement are just all part of the normal day.

Continuing Education
We will be offering 2 hours of CPE credit, 1.5 hours of General CLE credit including 2 hours of Labor & Employment Law certification credit, 1.5 hours of HRCI credit and 1.5 hours of SHRM credit.
