Partner Tiffany Downs was quoted in the SHRM article, "EEOC Wellness Rules Apply for Now," on fees charged to workers who opt out of their company's wellness programs.
Tiffany said the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia's ruling on December 29, 2016 "is good news for employers."
