FordHarrison Recognized by Leadership Council on Legal Diversity as a 2023 Compass Award Winner

NATIONAL - FordHarrison LLP, one of the country’s largest management-side labor and employment law firms, is pleased to announce that the firm has been named a Compass Award winner by the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity (LCLD). The Compass Award recognizes law firms and corporations that show a strong commitment to building more diverse organizations and a more inclusive legal profession.

The Compass Award recognizes those individuals and organizations that fulfill all of the following requirements in a single calendar year:

  • Member (Managing Partner/General Counsel) engagement with LCLD
  • Nomination of an LCLD Fellow/Pathfinder
  • Participation in an LCLD Pipeline program (the 1L Scholars program or the Success in Law School Mentoring Program).
