FordHarrison LLP, one of the country’s largest management-side labor and employment law firms, is pleased to announce that Jeffrey G. Douglas has joined the firm’s New York office as a Senior Associate. Jeffrey comes to FordHarrison from Meltzer, Lippe, Goldstein & Breitstone, LLP.

Jeffrey concentrates his practice on counseling and representing employers in a broad range of labor and employment matters. He focuses his practice on wage and hour compliance and litigation, employment discrimination litigation, traditional labor law, and ERISA matters. He has extensive experience litigating wage and hour and employment discrimination matters in both federal and state courts as well as representing clients in administrative proceedings before the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, New York State Division of Human Rights, U.S. Department of Labor and National Labor Relations Board. He also lectures on issues involving religious discrimination and disparate impact.
