Johnson, Senior Associate in FordHarrison’s Berkeley Heights, New Jersey office, was sworn in as a member of the Board of Directors of the Garden State Bar Association (GSBA). Natalya is currently serving the second year of her three-year board term. The Honorable Joseph A. Greenaway, Jr., United States Court of Appeals, Third Circuit, administered the oath of office and the installation took place at the Madison Hotel in Morristown, New Jersey on October 4, 2016.
“I am honored to serve on the board of such a great organization. GSBA provides opportunities for attorneys in our state that they may not otherwise have and I am proud of the work they do,” said Natalya.
Natalya focuses her law practice on the representation and counsel of management in employment law issues. She actively litigates in federal and state courts and in alternate dispute resolution forums. She has handled matters on behalf of financial institutions, not-for-profit organizations and Fortune 500 companies. Additionally, Natalya defends employers in matters including restrictive covenants, discrimination, and retaliation cases.
