Andy McClintock has been with FordHarrison since 1994. 

His practice concentrates on airline matters, and his experience includes litigating Railway Labor Act issues, conducting arbitrations before airline system boards of adjustment, representing management in NMB-sponsored grievance mediation, negotiating collective bargaining agreements and giving general advice on labor and employment issues. Andy was a commissioned officer in the U.S. Marine Corps between 1983 and 1991. He completed flight training, and served for five years as a pilot with a helicopter squadron.  In law school, he was a member of the Emory International Law Review.

  • Recently Andy has arbitrated a number of discharge cases arising from pilot competency and misconduct matters, mechanic competency, and a wide variety of contractual disputes ranging from subcontracting to pilot scheduling.
  • Andy assists clients with contract negotiations, both at the table and behind the scenes. 
  • Andy has been involved in litigation seeking to enforce and vacate arbitration awards, and more recently in RLA status quo litigation.
