This session examines the new "Bermuda Triangle" of working remotely, connectivity and the FLSA. Hanley will identify the very real sea monsters (USDOL and an enthusiastic Plaintiff's Bar) lurking just beneath the surface and explore a variety of best practices you can use to chart a safe course to harbor.
