Stephanie Steinberg represents and counsels businesses on matters related to labor and employment law, with a focus on litigation and alternative dispute resolution  

Stephanie represents employers in both state and federal court, as well as before administrative agencies, in a variety of employment law disputes, including claims of discrimination and harassment, wrongful termination, retaliation, violations of wage and hour statutes, and ADA access matters. Stephanie also concentrates a significant portion of her practice on providing preventive advice and guidance including policy review and development, management and executive training, and monitoring emerging legal developments on behalf of her clients.

Prior to joining FordHarrison, Stephanie was a litigation associate in the New York office of a national general services law firm representing clients in employment law disputes and complex business litigation.
