Douglass (Doug) Nolan's legal practice centers on the representation and counsel of employers facing challenges related to workplace law.

As former Assistant General Counsel and Labor Relations Specialist for the Chicago Board of Education Law Department, Doug is skilled in advising on a host of issues related to labor and employment law. He has frequently been called upon to investigate employee and labor union complaints and grievances to recommend a fair and equitable solution within the bounds of Collective Bargaining Agreements. This in-house experience enables Doug to better understand the complex issues his clients contend with on a daily basis and to offer proven solutions to meeting these challenges.

While earning his J.D., Doug was awarded the Charles R. Purcell Award for Highest Achievement in Torts and the Loyola Service Award, in addition to earning the School of Law Alumni and the Lahart Leach Scholarship Awards.
