About the Program
Can you discipline, and even discharge, a physician and escape legal liability? In Part III of the "Physician as Employee/Independent Contractor" webinar series, Julie Adams and Angela Cummings, members of the firm’s Healthcare Practice Group, will provide best practices to help you address physician performance issues. They will also provide tips on handling the ultimate discipline -- termination. The presentation will discuss these topics both in the context of employed physicians and physicians performing services as independent contractors.
