About the Program
Join FordHarrison Dallas attorneys David Anderson, Lawrence McNamara, and Jennifer Ohn for a Texas Labor and Employment Law Update. The discussion will include an overview of recent significant Supreme Court, Fifth Circuit, and other decisions impacting businesses with operations in Texas, including issues pertaining to disability accommodations, training obligations, harassment claims, wage and hour compliance, and traditional labor concerns, among others. This program will focus on recent trends, developments, and legislative changes impacting Texas employers.
