About the Program
Join us for a special three-hour virtual program, designed to catch you up on the latest workplace legal developments and help employers and HR professionals plan for 2022.
The session will begin with a FordHarrison legal update, reviewing the latest on what’s new and what coming in 2022, including the current status of vaccine mandate legal challenges, what you should be doing now in response to Omicron and potential workplace safety and vaccine mandates, as well as other key workplace legal issues to be aware of involving ADA accommodations, remote working, employee handbooks and Florida law.
We will also have an interactive virtual “breakout” session, designed to offer a chance to meet and catch-up with HR colleagues, discuss and share practical lessons learned in 2021, and ideas and strategies for goals to focus on in 2022. We will complete the session with a group discussion and Q&A.
