Hannah Kramer's legal practice focuses on representing employers in matters related to labor and employment law.

Prior to joining FordHarrison, Hannah was a law clerk at NBCUniversal advising on legal matters involving both union-represented and non-represented personnel, issues involving employee leave, accommodations, workplace policies, hiring, separation, discipline, and compliance issues. Additionally, Hannah drafted employment separation and settlement agreements, handbook policies, and contributed to agency position statements. Her one-year role with NBCUniversal also allowed her the opportunity to assist in internal investigations; develop and implement processes regarding background check policies, off-duty conduct and wage overpayments; support collective bargaining initiatives; and conduct research for arbitration proceedings. Hannah also monitored and educated the legal and HR teams on proposed and enacted employment legislation, agency developments, and Supreme Court decisions.

During law school, Hannah completed a Clinical Legal Internship at Manhattan Legal Services, served as a Judicial Intern with the New York State Supreme Court, and as a summer law clerk with a general services law firm. She was a notes editor for the Cardozo Journal of Equal Rights and Social Justice and received the award for outstanding performance in Corporations.
