Two Berkeley Heights Partners Recognized in 2025 New Jersey Super Lawyers List

FordHarrison LLP, one of the country's largest management-side labor and employment law firms, is pleased to announce that Heather R. Boshak and Mark A. Saloman, partners in the firm's Berkeley Heights office, were named to the 2025 New Jersey Super Lawyers List.

Attorneys are to Super Lawyers selected through a statewide nomination process, peer review by practice area and independent research on candidates. This rigorous process is designed to identify lawyers who have attained a high degree of peer recognition and professional achievement. Only five percent of attorneys in the state of New Jersey are selected for inclusion in Super Lawyers. 

Heather focuses her practice on employment litigation, representing employers nationwide in federal and state courts, as well as before various administrative tribunals and advising employers on compliance with state and federal laws and regulations.  regularly advises employers on compliance with state and federal employment laws and regulations. In addition, she manages traditional labor matters, such as labor arbitrations. Currently, Heather is a board member and Co-General Counsel of the New Jersey Women Lawyers Association, having previously held various board positions since 2006.  

Mark serves as Co-Chair of the firm’s Non-Compete, Trade Secrets and Business Litigation practice group. For over 30 years, Mark has successfully litigated non-compete, trade secrets and business litigation types of cases in more than 20 states and tried them to conclusion in state and federal courts. Mark's practice also concentrates on complex employment litigation at the state and federal levels, encompassing wrongful termination, employment discrimination arising under Title VII and similar state statutes, sexual harassment, hostile work environment, constructive discharge and retaliation claims, and whistleblower actions.
