FLORIDA – FordHarrison LLP, one of the country’s largest management-side labor and employment law firms, is pleased to announce that Aaron Zandy (Orlando) has been named a Regional Managing Partner, supervising six of the firm's Florida offices. Aaron has served as Office Managing Partner for Orlando since 2015, and will now have the additional responsibility of overseeing the Jacksonville, Melbourne, Miami, Tampa, and West Palm Beach offices.

Aaron has successfully represented employers in all aspects of employment law for over two decades. He is a seasoned litigator and represents employers in a wide range of employment litigation matters, including harassment, retaliation, and wage and hour claims. Aaron has extensive experience in traditional labor law, including collective bargaining, union organizing campaigns, and unfair labor practice cases. Also, he is credentialed human resources professional (SHRM-SCP and SPHR) and is passionate about taking the time to truly understand his clients, and more importantly, their workforces.
He also serves on the firm’s management and EPLI committees, and is the firm representative on the Business Development Committee for Ius Laboris, the global HR law firm alliance of which FordHarrison is the sole U.S. member.
