About the Program
Non-Compete law is constantly evolving. Each state through legislation and/or judicial decision has fashioned its own law in the non-compete area requiring employers to stay on top of new developments. Tennessee and Mississippi Courts have developed common law rules for determining the enforceability of non-competes while Arkansas recently enacted a statute that governs non-competes in the state. Please join FordHarrison attorneys Greg Grisham, Robbin Hutton, and Frank Day for a presentation that will provide an update and overview of non-compete law in the states of Tennessee, Mississippi and Arkansas. The program will examine recent cases and developments and offer drafting suggestions for non-competes to enhance enforceability.
