About the Program
As workplaces adapt to rapid technological change and evolving employee needs, two areas are creating new challenges for employers: the rise of artificial intelligence and the ongoing complexities of reasonable accommodations and leave. This program will explore how AI is being used throughout the workplace, the legal risks of algorithmic bias, and best practices for compliance. Our attorneys will also examine developments in ADA and FMLA compliance, including how to manage the interactive process, overlapping leave requests, and practical strategies. Attendees will leave with actionable guidance for navigating both cutting-edge technology and day-to-day accommodation issues.
