FordHarrison LLP, one of the country’s largest management-side labor and employment law firms, is pleased to announce that Rachel Ziolkowski Ullrich has been selected to the 2020 “Texas Super Lawyers” list.
Attorneys are selected for this honor through a statewide nomination process, peer review by practice area and independent research on candidates. The rigorous process is designed to identify lawyers who have attained a high degree of peer recognition and professional achievement. Only five percent of attorneys in the state of Texas are named “Super Lawyers.”
Rachel began practicing law over two decades ago and represents employers in all areas of labor and employment law. She is Board Certified in Labor and Employment Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. Rachel is a seasoned litigator with extensive experience obtaining successful outcomes for clients in a variety of industries in litigations, arbitrations and a variety of federal and state administrative hearings. A member of the firm’s Coronavirus Taskforce, she has spent countless hours this year advising clients on the ever-changing challenges associated with the pandemic. She devotes a considerable amount of her time to researching legal developments and drafting educational alerts to inform FordHarrison’s clients on key considerations of such developments.
Rachel also provides training and counseling services to clients in all areas labor and employment law including employee discipline and terminations, medical leave and workplace accommodation issues, wage and hour issues, policy creation and implementation and labor relation issues.
Additionally, Rachel was featured in the 2020 Women Worth Watching Issue of Profiles in Diversity Journal.
