Rachel began practicing law over two decades ago and represents employers in all areas of labor and employment law. She is Board Certified in Labor and Employment Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. Not only does Rachel provide training and counseling services to clients in all areas of labor and employment law, Rachel is a seasoned litigator with extensive experience in the courtroom and in arbitration trying cases or handling non-compete matters for clients. Rachel routinely writes and presents on legal developments involving workplace law; skills that have been particularly useful over the past eighteen months as a member of the firm’s Coronavirus Taskforce.
