David Cheng and Jenny Choi Named FordHarrison's 2021 LCLD Fellow and Pathfinder

Date   Mar 4, 2021

FordHarrison LLP, one of the country’s largest management-side labor and employment law firms, is pleased to announce that David Cheng has been selected as a member of the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity’s (LCLD) 2021 class of Fellows, a landmark program created by LCLD to identify, train, and advance the next generation of leaders in the legal profession. Jenny Choi has been selected as the Firm’s LCLD Pathfinder, a program to train high-performing, early-career attorneys in critical career development strategies including leadership and the building of professional networks.

“David and Jenny are both wonderful selections for the 2021 LCLD classes,” said Dawn Siler-Nixon, FordHarrison’s Diversity and Inclusion Partner. “They both are bright and ambitious attorneys that are deserving of this opportunity.”

Incoming Fellows will have access to several new virtual events this year, which will provide numerous opportunities for small-group interaction and relationship building with their peers. This is in addition to the exclusive leadership and professional-development curriculum—adapted to the virtual environment—that has always been a hallmark of the LCLD Fellows Program. This year's participants will also have access to a range of additional programming that was developed for the LCLD community in 2020.

According to LCLD President Robert J. Grey, Jr., “The LCLD Pathfinder Program offers participants intensive training, online experiential learning, and opportunities to network with peers and esteemed LCLD Fellows and Alumni in small group gatherings. We believe it’s a program that can enhance a person’s career.”
