Join Ford & Harrison attorneys and Georgia Marchbanks, the new Director of the EEOC's Tampa office, for a breakfast briefing to discuss the current status of EEOC enforcement. Ms. Marchbanks' presentation will touch on the following topics:
- how EEOC enforcement has changed under the administration of President Obama;
- recent changes in the number of filings;
- geographic trends in charges being filed;
- the types of cases being brought by the EEOC; and
- what the EEOC looks for in deciding whether to bring suit.
