Birmingham – Ford & Harrison LLP, a national labor and employment law firm, announces the addition of J. Scott Evans as counsel in the firm's Birmingham office. Prior to joining Ford & Harrison, Evans was a senior associate with Christian & Small LLP in Birmingham.
Evans focuses his practice on the representation of employers in labor and employment law matters. He routinely advises and represents clients in mediations, arbitrations, jury and bench trials, and provides day-to-day advice on issues related to employment law.
Prior to joining Ford & Harrison, Evans was a senior associate in the litigation practice group of Christian & Small LLP where he represented companies in a variety of matters including claims of premises liability, medical malpractice, products liability and professional malpractice. Evans received his J.D. from the University of Alabama School of Law in 2001.
