FordHarrison LLP, one of the country’s largest management-side labor and employment law firms, is pleased to announce that three new associates, Leslie B. Hartnett, Senior Associate, Leslie M. Perkins, Associate and Brianna L. Schill, Senior Associate have joined the firm’s Atlanta office.
Prior to joining FordHarrison, Leslie Hartnett was an associate in the Atlanta office of full-service law firm where she represented companies in matters involving labor and employment, healthcare, medical malpractice, and class action. Leslie Hartnett concentrates her legal practice on the representation of employers in a broad range of labor and employment matters and handles all aspects of litigation including the pre-suit investigation, settlement negotiations and trial preparation.
Leslie Perkins previously served as an associate for a family law, criminal defense, and personal injury firm where she managed the full life cycle of litigation for cases, including drafting motions, engaging in discovery, sitting first chair at hearings, and negotiating settlements. She concentrates her practice on providing employers with sound solutions to complex labor and employment law issues.
Prior to joining FordHarrison, Brianna Schill served as an Assistant Attorney General for the State of South Carolina where she gained valuable trial and appellate experience. Her legal practice is focused on providing tailored solutions to management clients facing employment law disputes. She has defended clients in employment and labor cases brought under the First Amendment, Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the South Carolina Payment of Wages Act, and the Fair Labor Standards Act.
