Jaensch has been elected to the firm’s Executive Committee, the firm’s highest governing body; Aaron L. Tracey Jaensch has been practicing 30 years with 25 of them being with FordHarrison. She is a Board Certified Specialist in Labor & Employment Law. In addition to Tracey’s new role on the Executive Committee, she also currently serves as the Regional Managing Partner of FordHarrison’s six Florida offices. She is an established legal leader in the healthcare industry representing national hospital systems and large physician practices. In addition to her healthcare practice, Tracey has a long-established legal reputation representing major retail grocery, airline, correctional, and government clients, across the country. Aaron Zandy has successfully represented employers in all aspects of employment law for over two decades. He is a seasoned litigator and represents employers in a wide range of employment litigation matters, including harassment, retaliation, and wage and hour claims. Aaron has extensive experience in traditional labor law, including collective bargaining, union organizing campaigns, and unfair labor practice cases. Russell Jackson represents management in employment-related matters on federal, state, and local levels. Russell’s practice primarily includes defending employers against claims of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful discharge, restrictive covenants, and wage and hour violations. He also closely works with employers to counsel them through complex issues governing the employment relationship, including ADA and FMLA leave and accommodation requests, terminations, trade secret and non-compete obligations, wage and hour audits, and unfair labor practice complaints. Jeff Mokotoff has a spent over 20 years of his legal career with FordHarrison.
