NATIONAL – FordHarrison LLP, one of the country’s largest management-side labor and employment law firms, is pleased to announce that Richard Bahrenburg has been selected as a member of the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity’s (LCLD) 2025 class of Fellows. This landmark program is an intensive, yearlong professional development program that mentors the legal industry’s diverse leaders of tomorrow. Kadale Lubin has been selected as the Firm’s LCLD Pathfinder for 2025, a seven-month professional program designed to train high-performing, early-career attorneys on foundational leadership and relationship-building.
“FordHarrison is honored to continue supporting LCLD’s mission, and we are excited to see Richard and Kadale take part in their respective programs,” said Dawn Siler-Nixon, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Partner. “Their selection for the 2025 Fellow and Pathfinder cohorts is well deserved, and we are confident they will fully embrace this amazing opportunity.”
Fellows are selected by the general counsel and managing partners at LCLD member corporations and law firms. Within their organizations, Fellows have distinguished themselves by being deeply engaged, indispensable to key clients and teams, invested in attorney mentoring and professional development, and on a trajectory towards leadership positions.
LCLD President Robert J. Grey Jr. added that, while the LCLD Fellows program “requires a serious time commitment from its participants, they will come away from it having learned from top leaders in the legal profession, as well as experts in the fields of learning and development and executive coaching, on what it means to be a leader.”
Pathfinders are selected by leaders at LCLD member corporations and law firms. They have been identified as early-career emerging leaders who have distinguished—or have the potential to distinguish—themselves within their organizations.
According to LCLD President Robert J. Grey, Jr., “The LCLD Pathfinder Program exposes participants to intensive training, experiential learning, and opportunities to network with peers and esteemed LCLD Fellows and Alumni in small group gatherings. It’s a program that can truly enhance one’s career.”
