Tracey Jaensch has been practicing 30 years with 25 of them being with FordHarrison. She is a Board Certified Specialist in Labor & Employment Law. In addition to Tracey’s new role on the Executive Committee, she also currently serves as the Regional Managing Partner of FordHarrison’s six Florida offices. She is an established legal leader in the healthcare industry representing national hospital systems and large physician practices. In addition to her healthcare practice, Tracey has a long-established legal reputation representing major retail grocery, airline, correctional, and government clients, across the country. Tracey is a trial lawyer and adviser to clients in virtually every kind of employment matter, including bet-the-company litigation. She is a founding member of the Florida Diversity Council and is a board member of her local Boys and Girls Club.
