FordHarrison was ranked number one on Law360's list for "The Best Law Firms for Female Attorneys" in the 150-299 attorney category as a part of its 2018 Glass Ceiling Report. To be considered for inclusion on the list, firms "had to report above-average representation of female attorneys" in the following categories: total female attorneys, female non-partners, total female partners, and female equity partners.

The Report also named FordHarrison on "The Best Law Firms for Female Partners" and found that FordHarrison’s equity partnership is more than 31 percent female, dramatically higher than the typical law firm.
