FordHarrison Welcomes Former L&E Regional Practice Leader and Four Associates

NATIONAL – FordHarrison LLP, one of the country’s largest management-side labor and employment law firms, is pleased to announce that the firm recently added five attorneys to offices throughout the U.S. Atlanta, Berkeley Heights, Hartford, and New York City are among the cities with new attorneys.

We are also very pleased with the addition of Steven, Julianne, Kimberly and Stephen, who come to the firm laterally as associates. Heather R. Boshak has joined the firm’s Berkeley Heights office as Partner. Her legal practice focuses on employment litigation, representing employers nationwide in federal and state courts, as well as before various administrative tribunals and advising employers on compliance with state and federal laws and regulations. Heather's extensive litigation experience includes defending employers in cases involving sexual harassment, discrimination based on race, national origin, gender, disability, and more. She previously served as an extern for the Honorable Martin L.C. Feldman at the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana. Currently, Heather is a board member and Co-General Counsel of the New Jersey Women Lawyers Association, having previously held various board positions since 2006. Heather comes to FordHarrison from Fox Rothschild LLP where she served as the Labor & Employment Law Regional Practice leader.
