Geetha Adinata began practicing law in 2005 and devotes her practice to all aspects of business immigration and worksite enforcement and compliance. She successfully advises corporate clients on a wide variety of matters, including development of creative immigration strategies and ensures compliance with a myriad of federal regulations when mobilizing international workforces. Geetha is also a leading member of the firm’s Immigration Coronavirus Taskforce and has devoted countless hours this past year and a half to advising clients on the immigration challenges associated with the pandemic, including governmental travel bans and widespread suspension of government services that have upended immigration benefits. Geetha is passionate about business immigration and about maximizing opportunities for international and American businesses and prosperity for the U.S. economy through the hiring of international talent.
