  • OFCCP Update: Key changes to the OFCCP’s Scheduling Letter, including a new focus on AI; Strategies for being audit ready and OFCCP’s approach to compensation.
  • DEI Initiatives Post Harvard/UNC Decision: Advice for employers on best practices for Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) compliance, including conducting DEI audits.

What’s New and Coming in 2024: A New Year’s Legal Update:
