Kristin Gray began practicing law in 2006 and devotes her practice as an experienced litigator to represent management in all aspects of labor and employment matters. Kristin is an accomplished attorney in a variety of industries including significant work in the healthcare industry and successfully advises her clients on issues related to discrimination, wage and hour issues, retaliation claims, and HIPAA compliance. As FordHarrison’s Fellow with the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity in 2017, Kristin is also committed to supporting clients and their teams with routine training on diversity and inclusion best practices.
