Laura Yellig focuses her legal practice on advocating for management clients involved in employment law disputes.

Laura has handled lawsuits in state and federal courts from the complaint stage all the way to jury trials and appeals. Her practice encompasses a wide range of employment law issues, including workplace discrimination and compliance with state and federal employment statutes. With a commitment to protecting clients' interests, Laura is a trusted resource for navigating complex employment challenges.

Prior to joining FordHarrison, she served as an attorney in the Litigation Division of the City of Atlanta Department of Law, where she represented the City and its employees in a variety of practice areas and defended the City's employment decisions in administrative proceedings before the Civil Service Board. Earlier in her career, Laura worked as a public defender in DeKalb County, Walton County, and finally, Fulton County, which provided her extensive jury trial experience while allowing her to serve the needs of traditionally underserved populations.
