Madonna Snowden focuses her practice on providing legal representation and advice to management clients dealing with employment law issues.
With extensive experience, she provides guidance and representation to employers across diverse industries and sizes, including Fortune 500 companies, healthcare providers, financial institutions, hotels, and nonprofits, concerning various employment issues. She has effectively defended employers against a wide range of claims, such as discrimination, harassment, wage and hour violations, breaches of contracts, whistleblower retaliation, and more. Madonna also assists employers in developing policies and handbooks to ensure adherence to federal, state, and local laws, in addition to conducting management and employee trainings, and investigations into employee workplace complaints.
Madonna graduated among the top 10% of her class from the University of Florida Levin College of Law. As the founder and president of the law school's inaugural student organization focused on labor and employment law, she demonstrated her commitment to the field. She received Book Awards for achieving the highest grades in Labor Law and Advanced Legal Research, and was honored with the Florida Bar Labor and Employment Law Section's Outstanding Labor and Employment Law Student Award in recognition of her dedication to the practice area.
