Dawn Siler-Nixon participated in the National Diversity Council panel "NowGen to NextGen: Transforming Corporate Diversity & Inclusion" in Clearwater, FL hosted by Tech Data.
The panel answered questions including: what do you wish for most in the D&I space, what do you think organizational leaders can do to help employees feel safe in engaging in courageous conversations in the workplace, how do you see technology impacting the future of D&I work, and what do you think the D&I landscape will look like in twenty years.
