The Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) has announced the much anticipated final rules revising its Vietnam Era Veterans Readjustment Assistance Act (VEVRAA) and Rehabilitation Act regualtions. The rules will take effect 180 days after publication in the Federal Register.
