ABOUT THE PROGRAM
Join FordHarrison for our Allyship Series, "The Allyship Exchange: Insights from Innovators," where attendees will have the opportunity to listen and engage with key business leaders in thought-provoking interviews exploring the topic of how to be an ally and the importance of allyship in the workplace. In Part 3 of the series, Vicky Westra, Founder and CEO at Neuroshifts joins Dawn Siler-Nixon, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Partner for an insightful discussion on the critical role of allyship in fostering inclusive and thriving workplaces, and highlighting Autism Awareness Month. Neuorshifts's vision is to ignite a global movement that empowers individuals, families, businesses and our broader community to create a Neuro-Ready World, inclusive and embracing of those diagnosed with autism and other nuerodiverse conditions.
