Todd Jewett is an experienced labor relations consultant at FH Solutions Group, specializing in financial modeling, labor costing, capital spending, budget forecasting, and cost analysis. He is an expert in interpreting and administering collective bargaining agreements and frequently serves as chief negotiator for his clients. Todd is a key member of negotiating committees and provides strategic support to unionized clients in contract administration, grievance resolution, and arbitration matters, including preparation and settlement.

Before joining FH Solutions Group, Todd was the Managing Director of Labor Relations, Flight at American Airlines. In this role, he managed the pilot collective bargaining process with the Allied Pilots Association (APA), led negotiations, handled grievance and arbitration issues, and oversaw the implementation of contractual changes across the company. He also managed day-to-day interactions with the APA to ensure smooth labor relations.

Todd started his career in ground operations with Piedmont Airlines, which was later acquired by US Airways. He transitioned to the Finance Department, where he spent 10 years in various roles, including compiling and analyzing U.S. Department of Transportation data, performing industry analysis, and managing capital spending and operating budget forecasting. As Divisional Controller and Manager of Operating Budgets, he developed variance and expense reporting expertise.

Later, Todd moved into Labor Relations, first as Manager of Crew Planning and Analysis, where he managed staffing plans for pilots and flight attendants, and then as Manager of Labor Relations, Flight Operations. He negotiated, implemented, and administered collective bargaining agreements with the Air Line Pilots Association (ALPA) in this capacity.
