Join Dawn Siler-Nixon, FordHarrison's Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Partner, for a complimentary webinar session that will discuss the impact of DEI in the workplace. This session will include:
- how the concepts of diversity, equity, and inclusion work together to create a culture of belonging,
- the impact of implicit and unconscious bias and discrimination in the workplace,
- the importance of DEI in the recruitment process, and
- the development and implementation of training and outreach to achieve DEI goals for your organization.
