FordHarrison LLP, one of the country’s largest management-side labor and employment law firms, is pleased to announce that Elverine (Rena) Felton has joined the firm’s Atlanta office in our Employee Benefits Practice Group as Benefits Compliance Counsel and Nicole Falcey has joined the firm’s Berkeley Heights office as Counsel.
Rena concentrates her legal practice on assisting employers through the design, implementation, and administration of complex employee benefit plans. Rena is also well-versed in advising clients in all aspects of executive compensation, including negotiating and drafting equity compensation plans and awards, and other compensation arrangements. Before joining FordHarrison, Rena was an associate director of health and benefits compliance at a leading global advisory, broking, and consulting company.

Nicole represents management in a full range of employment matters, including wage and hour compliance, whistleblower matters and counseling and litigation avoidance. Nicole has appeared on behalf of clients before both federal and state courts as well as federal, state and local agencies. The clients Nicole has represented operate in a variety of business sectors including the restaurant, healthcare, and retail industries. Prior to joining FordHarrison, Nicole was an associate at a large national general practice firm where she concentrated on complex employment and business litigation.
