About the Program
Although Connecticut’s Family and Medical Leave Act was passed back on June 25, 2019 and payroll deductions started back on January 1, 2021, employees actually become eligible to start taking covered leaves on January 1, 2022. Join FordHarrison Hartford partners Craig Dickinson and Michael Harrington for a refresher of the parameters of the CT PFMLA, recent developments, and guidance for complying with the program as employees become eligible to take leaves.
