About the Program
On November 22, 2016, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas issued an injunction halting implementation of the new U.S. Department of Labor overtime rules nationwide. While this may be good news for employers in the short term, there remain questions as to the long term implications to employers. In addition, employers who were already prepared to make certain changes by December 1 in order to comply with the new rules are now in a state of flux. This webinar will address these issues and provide guidance to employers on best practices in light of this recent decision and what may be expected in the coming months.
