ABOUT THE PROGRAM
Any day in June 2015, the U.S. Supreme Court is expected to issue a decision in the case of King v. Burwell on the issue of whether subsidies and tax credits will remain available for those residents of the 34 states in which the federal government runs the exchanges/insurance marketplaces. If the subsidies and tax credits cannot be provided in those states, it could affect the future availability of subsidies and possibly the viability of the Affordable Care Act.
