About the Program
Employers are expected to investigate internal complaints thoroughly and effectively, especially those involving harassment, discrimination, and retaliation. The investigation will be closely scrutinized when defending a matter with a regulatory body or in litigation, and the quality of the investigation may well determine the outcome of the matter. Join FordHarrison attorneys Fred Bissinger, Sarah Morton, and Rachel Ullrich as they focus on the strategic issues employers should focus on when conducting an internal investigation.

Participants in this webinar will learn:

  • When and how to use attorney-client privilege in the internal investigation process.
  • How to effectively gather information – both in written format and when interviewing witnesses.
  • Strategies on what and how to document the internal investigation process.
