FLORIDA - FordHarrison LLP, a national labor and employment law firm, is pleased to announce that 16 Florida-based attorneys have been selected to the 2023 list of "Florida Super Lawyers" and "Florida Rising Stars" by Super Lawyers magazine.
The following attorneys were named to the 2023 "Florida Super Lawyers" list: Todd S. Aidman (Tampa), Edward B. Carlstedt (Tampa), Rodolofo (Rudy) Gomez (Miami), Tracey K. Jaensch (Tampa), Mark E. Levitt (Orlando), Elizabeth M. Rodriguez (Miami), Dawn Siler-Nixon (Tampa), and Aaron L. Zandy (Orlando).
Attorneys are selected for this honor through a statewide nomination process, peer review by practice area and independent research on candidates. The rigorous process is designed to identify lawyers who have attained a high degree of peer recognition and professional achievement. Only 5 percent of attorneys in the state of Florida are selected for inclusion in "Super Lawyers."
In addition, eight of the firm's Florida attorneys – Nicholas S. Andrews (Tampa), Emily Chase-Sosnoff (Tampa), Christopher C. Johnson (Tampa), Viktoryia Johnson (Tampa), David M. Kalteux (Tampa), Daniel K. Miles (Tampa), Marc A. Sugerman (Orlando) and Bret C. Yaw (Orlando) – were named to the 2023 list of "Florida Rising Stars." This list recognizes the top up-and-coming attorneys in the state – those who are 40 years old or younger, or those who have been practicing for 10 years or less. While up to 5 percent of the lawyers in the state are named to Super Lawyers, no more than 2.5 percent are named to the Rising Stars list.
