About the Program
With Biden taking office and a Democratic House and Senate being our new reality, significant employment law changes are likely on the horizon. Will Biden seek to expand employee rights? Enact additional workplace safety measures? Or push for raising the minimum wage and additional employer-provided benefits, including federally mandated paid leave? Will the employer-friendly workplace polices implemented under President Trump be fully reversed? Before we can answer these questions, we also have to understand where we’ve been. Join FordHarrison partners Frank Day and Johanna Zelman as they provide a 2020 year-end review and a dive into how employers can prepare for upcoming changes projected by the new administration.
