Join FordHarrison attorneys Paul Beshears, head of the Traditional Labor Law practice group, and Henry Warnock for an informative discussion about the National Labor Relations Board's new election rules, which became effective on April 14, 2015. These new procedures will result in elections being scheduled sooner and will significantly reduce the time employers have to respond to union organizing efforts. This 1 hour program will focus both on the details of the NLRB's election procedures, including the additional employer obligations created by the new rules, and on steps employers should be taking now to prepare for increased organizing activity.
