Letter from the Diversity and
Inclusion Partner
At FordHarrison we work hard to create a culture that promotes equality, embodies a sense of value and builds community. Our focus on diversity and inclusion is a source of our strength. FordHarrison has long held the belief that everyone should be treated equally regardless of their background, race/national origin, gender, sexual orientation or disability. We value each individual contributor at FordHarrison as an important part of the whole. Finding avenues to celebrate the accomplishments of those who are paving a way for future generations is just one way of creating a sense of value within our organization.
